Supplying and fixing shoring using MS plates, channels, I section, steel boards, support jockeys, tierods, pipes to retain the sides of excavated earth / adjucent structures upto all elevations including lateral supports, bracing etc., until the completion of work all as directed by the EIC.
Supplying & placing Filcrete using cement and crushed stone sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38 deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.
Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.
Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe550D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.
Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 using crushed stone sand (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, pedastals with foundation, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including making perforations in precast slab as per drawing weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, Fixing of embeded parts, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of PPC Cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, charges for making smooth finish with cement mortar. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 4. Reinforcment steel and structural steel EP measurements will be paid under relavent items. 5. The rate shall also include equipments for lifting and transporting, erecting of precast units at specified location at site.
Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels including ceiling with Acrylic emulsion paint Internal/External (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing in position of heavy quality FRP manhole steps rungs of approved maket for the inspection chamber, valve chamber etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
