Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc incl remove all debris in 2 KM form site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement mortar (1:4 ) mixed finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of 500 Ltr Capacity

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks, old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in half brick walls, in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified
