Dismantling compressor of central AC plant for overhauling complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism & pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carry out the general over hauling of compressor, compressor model:- SMC/4/65, Make:- Accel(R-22) including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packing, screw, lath work, cleaning detergent, cotton waste, changing of compressor oil etc and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts compete system for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system incld. following operation complete all as specified & directed. (i) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure/ leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R-22 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi.... (iv) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit for performance checking and maintaining temp. as per require site. (v) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. Note:- (a) Spares of compressor shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of this schedule (Sr. No 1.01 to1.22). (b) Any minor items required for overhauling except described here -in - after shall be supplied by the contractor with out any extra cost to the deptt and the rates for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note: (i) After intimation of breakdown by JE/ AGE E/M through telephone or verbally, the contractor should arrange the machanic to attend the complaint in side BHDC premisis within 2 hours and make them functional, if any item required the same shall be measured from particular item from schedule for complete work. (ii) If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. (iii) If contractor failer to attend complaint with in time frame, the recovery of Rs400/ Hrs will be implemented.

M&L for taking out compressor Motor (motor cap.:-20 HP, MAKE- CROMPTON, SEAMENS & ABB) of AC plant and Dis mantling the motor with disconnecting the same from the compressor and remove rubber coupling and its connected accessories and transporting to reputed work shop for rewinding . opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper winding of suitable size including insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end non driven end bearings and base plate, reassembling, refixing in same position & connecting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.
