Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as speciified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in subbase for laying PCC blocks in mass concrete all as specified.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block chemically treated any shape , size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion spread and laid levelled in layers complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 8 to 9 mm thick vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) dark shade coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size ( 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness , size , quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads upto 1.5 sqm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick (nominal) Sheet glass, ordinary quality , in squares, not exceeding 0.50 sqm each each pane fixed with oil putty or steel clips complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and ordinary quality , in squares, not exceeding 0.50 sqm each each pane fixed with oil putty /steel clips complete all as specified.

Suppy and fixed in repairs, aluminium anodized louvered ventilators with glass louvers , without sash bars, of aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and with suitable locking arrangements tc.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cutting out old unserviceable steel hinges of steel window/ ventilators and supply and fixed steel hinge shutter suitable for top hung shutter with necessary welding,cutting by gas cutter etc making the shutter serviceable including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1 st quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with out glazing bars , dovetailed or welded including factory priming coating complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm each etc including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing and as directed.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg and as directed.

All as per item Ser No 30 here in before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fixing of hold fast ,bed blocks parapet, cills, coping, and similar works including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed 30 mm thick factory made door Flush shutters , solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres capacity, set aside for refixing after roof treatment work in exsisting poaition complete all as specified

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with on roof slab maintaining the slope and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement for laying acrylic polymer modified fibre reinforced waterproofing coating brushbond Roof Guard complete all as specified.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating brushbond Roof Guard in 4 coats of application (primer , white , grey and terracotta) including sprinkling of clean sand ( 300microns-particle size) . The product should have following properties solid content 70 %, tensile strength (ASTM D412) ; 1.10 MPs elongation (ASTM D12) ; 100 % Resistanceto ageing due to UV radition, 1000 hours no change , rapid chloride penetration ; very low resistance to algae growth passes, zero rating / permebility (mm) ; 5.0 water vapour transmission : 6.0 gm / sqm h No of coats : 3 (minimum) after applying primer ; adhesive bond strength : > 0.92 N/mmsq :- (a) apply primer coat with sika cool coat primer @ 0.3 litre /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply sika cool coat with fibre reinforcement a length of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of sika cool coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of sika cool coat primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after seconf coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duuly approved by GE in writiing.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for concealed point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / ceiling fan /exhaust fan/ bell/buzzer point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed for light /fan point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.
