M & L for locating UG cable fault using Microprocessor based fault locator suitable for low/medium and high volage up to 11KV , XLPE/PVC/PILC of Al/Cu cables under trenches/RCC surface & on wall for finding OC/SC/Flahing faults with any one of the suitable methods Time domain reflectometer method (TDR)/Secondary impulse Method (SIM) /Impulse Current method (ICM)/decay Method to achieve pin point fault location up to 5 Km distance as all as specified. (Note : quoted cost deemed to be included all accessories , equipments and labour cost)

M & L for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil on line by using streamline filteration plant the die electric strength to be brought to not less than 60 KV ( at 2.0mm gap for 1 minute) and testing the oil sample after dehydration Note: - (i) Test result before and after filteration to be recorded as per the sample provided by Engr-in-charge. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included for taking necessary connection and the connection to filteration plant from transformers and switchgear oil duly removing the inlet and outlet connections. (iii) For topping up transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relevent items. iv) The rate quoted deemed to inclusive of testing charges.

Collecting the oil samples of transformers / voltage stabilizers installed at CHAFB areas after filteration and dehydration and carrying out testing the oil from NABL accredited Laboratory and as per IS 335:1993 detail analysis of physical,chemical & electrical parameters including dissolved gas analysis, Furan Analysis , etc and full report is submitted on printed form for each transformer oil samples tested all as specified and direced

M & L for filling insulating oil (transformer oil) confirming to IS-1866:2000 having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV for topping up in 11/0.433 KV transformer all as directed (Filling shall be done by on line filtration plant only) Make. Sarita/HP

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

M & L for servicing of two/four/six pole structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumpers with PVC 50 Sqmm aluminium cable single core , vice type connectors, bolts nuts washers connecting lugs/thimbles knife contacts, applying petroleum jelly to the moving as well as fixed contacts tightening all the connections for its smooth functioning and preparing the old painted surfaces of the structure such as poles, cross arms, bracing and supports clamps back plates complete painting of two coats of anticorrosive aluminium paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer and providing yellow and black paint from the ground level all as directed at site by Engineer-in-charge. S & Fix in replacement of vaccum bottle interrupter rated 11KV , and breaking capacity 31.5 KA , rated current 630A min ,including testing all as specified and directed(Note: Item no 1 to 80 If any HT installations and connected itms become breakdown, the contractor shall loacate the problem/fault at site within 24 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-In-Charge and ensure that the fault rectified within 48 Hours on locating the fault, failing which an amount of Rs 500 /- per hour will be recovered as penal recovery payment due to the contractor failing to rectify the complaint or fault in right time i.e. after expiry of 48 hours.)
