Dismantling existing roof treatment including old Membrene ,brick tiles any size laid bedded and pointed in any mortor mud phuska any type of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, coping , kerb etc finishing the surface fair & even. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of PCC/RCC roof surfaces and then providing 10 mm thick SBR polymer modified plaster in cement mortar l:4 cement mixed with polymer in ratio of 1:10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement) applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardener with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying two coats of solvent based polyurethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater that equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm (each coat), complete all as specified and directed. Note: a) The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacture’s specifications and application methodology. Execution shall be done with authorized trained/skilled applicator of manufacturer as per the technical guidelines laid by manufacturer. Company back guarantee of 10 years shall be given by contractor after completion of Water Proofing work before payment. b) Ponding test for 72 Hours shall be carried out by contractor to check any instances of Leakage/Seepage, The results of successfull Ponding Test shall be certified by Engineer-in-charge and User Rep before payment

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished built with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc)sheet roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with welf tapping screws including packing with brick work and making good both side of wall, where gape produced after removing of roof sheet speified and directed .

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards any type (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness,incl frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings as in timber framed and fixed all as specified and directed.

M&Lin repair for 30-35mm thick wooden plank flooring of 2nd class hard wood as in wooden flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing / placing of old ceiling tiles /E board including Taking down safely existing ceiling tile complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Safely removed ceiling tile should be properly stacked out side working premises .

S&F in repair only suspended false ceiling / E board tile of size of 600mm x 600mm x 4mm thick white pre-laminated self embosed, texture Insulation and accoustic purpose to be placed complete all as specified.

S &F only Gl frame work for size of grid 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including dismantling of old disturbe GI frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E board of size of grid 605mm x 605mm x 4mm thick white pre-laminated self embosed, texture Insulation and accoustic purpose to be placed on at any height on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T section powder coated, the frame work shall comprises of main runner made with 0.35mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x300mm spaced at 1200mm maximum centre to centre with hangers of 4mm dia GI wire to be fixed with rawl plugs, adjusted with screws (last hanger at the end if each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall , flush fittings of 1200 mm long cross tee with double stiching to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm c/c from cross tee more than 600mm to be suported independently and double to be formed by fittings 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19 mm and 300mm long of white colour including making hole in board for provison of light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E board of size of grid 605mm x 605mm x 4mm thick white pre-laminated self embosed, texture Insulation and accoustic purpose to be placed on at any height on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T section powder coated, the frame work shall comprises of main runner made with 0.35mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x300mm spaced at 1200mm maximum centre to centre with hangers of 4mm dia GI wire to be fixed with rawl plugs, adjusted with screws (last hanger at the end if each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall , flush fittings of 1200 mm long cross tee with double stiching to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm c/c from cross tee more than 600mm to be suported independently and double to be formed by fittings 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19 mm and 300mm long of white colour® including making scaffolding more than 03 Mtr and up to 12 Mtr height and all type of safety arrangement including dismantling of GI frame work without disturbing the existing grid ® including taking down old false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
