M&L for Descaling of condenser unit of 37.5 TR Chiller of AC plant at Carriappa Auditorium by using cleaning solution, HCL, Sulphuric Acid, softner chemical, circulating pump, descaling brush, shoue, hand gloves, flange gaset, rubber insertion gasket etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Descaling of condenser unit of 11 TR Chiller of AC plant at Amn Dump by using cleaning solution, HCL, Sulphuric Acid, softner chemical, circulating pump, descaling brush, shoue, hand gloves, flange gaset, rubber insertation gasket etc. of capacity 11 TRX02 chiller complete all as specified & directed.

Repair/servicing of hot water generator of capacity 54kw including replacement of unserviceable element complete all as specified & diected.

Repair/servicing of hot water generator of capacity 22kw including replacement of unserviceable element complete all as specified & diected.

Repair and servicing of scroll type panel of capacity 37.5 TR cleaning all contactors and removing damaged electric cable and rewiring with the same gauge new copper wires and make functional complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and servicing of scroll type panel of capacity 11 TR cleaning all contactors and removing damaged electric cable and rewiring with the same gauge new copper wires and make functional complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenence/Servicing and attending complaint in respect of non functioning of Air Conditioner plant of 37.5 x 2 TR capacity and 11.5 x 2 TR capacity due to loose electrical connections,no power supply, gas leakage or any other minor default / defects, identifying and rectifying the defects and making the Plant functional and checking of all meters and make them functional complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i)Parts/ accessories/articles/gas renewed only shall be measured and paid separately under respective items).However minor items like nuts, bolts, washers, tapes,nails, screws, Aluminium clips,PVC rawl plugs/ sleeves, connector block, clamps, Aluminium lugs, etc. shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sealed reciprocating/sealed rotary/hermatically seal unit type compressor of capacity 5.5 TR for AC plant of existing make and capacity at site including necessary brazing, soldering, pressure testing, refrigerant gas charging in appropriate quantity and leakage testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sealed reciprocating/sealed rotary/hermatically seal unit type compressor of capacity 12.5 TR for AC plant of existing make and capacity at site including necessary brazing, soldering, pressure testing, refrigerant gas charging in appropriate quantity and leakage testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/servicing of cooling tower tank of central AC plant of 37.5TRX2 with removing of small leakage including foot valve and cleaning of fins by chemical complete all as specified & directed.
