Supplying and finxing wih new one of Pre printed hot dipped galvanized roofing steel sheets with the following specifications. The material should be of PPGI tile profile with A. red colour 0.47mm thick having coil width 1170mm sheet width 1120mm and effective width 1035mm. The steel should be G.I. base pre painted hot dipped galvanized steel, sheet and to be fixed with screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z120 GSM paint thickness at top to be 18 to 20 microns and tensile yield strength of 345 MPA. The finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar Mangalore tiles finish. The surface paint reflection should be glossy finish (optional matt finish). Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting, and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3(2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roofand making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The UPVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. - Internal water supply - above ground level.

Supplying and fixing in position of UPVC specials of the following dia and types of approved quality conforming to BIS and providing leak proof joints including fixing to the walls and dismantling the masonry or RCC works and re-doing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The UPVC specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Repainting the water proofing coating for terraces with ready mixed water proofing paint two coats over one coat of crack paste over one coat cement paint including through scrapping clean removal of dirt, etc., complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The colour and shade of the ready mixed water proofing paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).
Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3KM including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and leveling etc., complete.
