Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20mm thick, machine made, laid over and including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed; Note- (i) Rates of crude oil is deemed to included in the unit quoted rate (ii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs, fioors(other than ground floors) beams,staircases,landing, chajjas and similar suspended works complete all as specified and directed

M&L Avg 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 ( 12.5 mm Graded aggregate) for thorting and levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement on roof surfaces, finished fair and even. Complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item

Disconnecting of existing PVC tanks for repairs to roof and reconnect, refixing in position of 500/1000 ltrs capacity tanks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing WPT course (i.e) bituminous felt broken tiles mud phaska etc or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at a distance n.exc 50m applying water proofing treatment on horizondal or vertical surfacec by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not lesss than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 centigrade,having tensile strength of 650 N/5Cm in longitudinal and transverse direction respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180 N by torch application including minimium 10cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bounded and applying a coated of blown bitumen 90/15 overand below the membrane @ 1.20kg/sqm in drying over thethe membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint after cleaing the surfaces by removing dust,dirt etc,as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster, up to height of Bldg G+2 Level, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering up to height of Bldg G+2 level on fair faces on wall surfaces 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 200 ML per bag of cement, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying apex two coat of water based exterior wall paint with silicone additives over a coat of Exterior Wall Primer on external surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F PVC (SWR) Soil, Waste and Vent Pipe 75mm bore (dia), Single Socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joint fixed to Wall or Laid in Trenches etc., including Taking down/up unserviceable Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

PU waterproofing membrane must meet the following parameters:Adhesion to Concrete : >1 N/sq.mm , Elongation : > 300%, DFT min 1.2mm, Tensile Strength : ≥ 2.0 MPa , Water permeability(BS EN-12390 at 5 bar, 72H) : Nil , Accelerated weathering (ASTM G 53) : Pass 1000 hours, Solid content : > 60%, Reaction to fire : Non flammable complete all as specified and directed Make:- BOSTIK/ FORSOC/DR FIXIT or equivalent Note :-1. Waterproofing treatment should be done by authorized waterproofing applicator only. 2. The contractor shall submit ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store in wall, ceiling or floor etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and applying high performance Acrylic elastomeric waterproof coating on external wall by preparing the surface by cleaning, removing dust, impurities comprising the followings process. Providing & applying primer coat of Bostik Sealer coat by mixing with potable water up to 10% by volume @ 12sq.m/Ltr/coat. Applying Bostik Block A550 Boscoseal RC2 using Roller or brush in two coats at uniform thickness to achieve total thickness of 150 microns @ 300ml/sq.m/2 coats and as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Waterproofing membrane must meet the following parameters: Adhesion to Concrete : >1 N/sq.mm2 , Elongation : Minimum 200%, Tensile Strength : >1 N/sq.mm2 , Water permeability : Nil , Crack bridging : >1mm, Solid content : 65%-70%, Shore A Hardness : 75-80, UV Resistant : Excellent. M&L for providing and applying high performance water- based epoxy waterproof vapour barrier membrane to prevent water seepage on walls/Soffiits of slabs by preparing the surface by cleaning, removing dust, impurities and coating of Bostik Moisture Seal by brush @ 0.500 kg per sqmtr in two coats to achieve an approx. DFT of 200 microns all complete as per manufacturers recommendations. Make:- BOSTIK/ FORSOC/DR FIXIT or equivalent as approved by GE

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of suitable primer on walls complete all as specified.
