Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand . : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.50 mmthick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. Crushed.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size (crushed)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site, excluding carriage.

Steel work in built up tubular round, square or rectangular including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc.complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
