Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying of cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for brick work using old size fly ash bricks as specified , straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including 10mm/12mm dia MS round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- 1. Weight per Kg of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by convening BOO ordered by Accepting Officer, 2. Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 10cm and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel, wood, concrete, brick, and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified..

S&F mild steel framed work as in steel frames, chowkats, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (Black coloured) 1st quality, 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks glossy finish of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone block (factory casted) with plain fair faces, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.
