Mounting of Test rings,Gland Ring,Inserting of blinds in steam lines,including cutting of Gaskets and Replacement of Gaskets.

Removal of test ring ,Gland Ring,Blinds,Remounting of Shell dish end cover,channel end cover,Floating head cover.Reconnecting of Steam lines and condensate lines with heat exchanger.

FRP Lining thickness of 2 mm on the outer surface of the carbon steel pipe line as corrossion protective layers .work includes removal of paint from the outer surface of the pipeline,grinding and removal of corroded surface.
