Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead 15.13.1 Of sectional area below 40 square centimetres.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of 15.25.1 CGI Sheet.

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge.15.1.1Nominal concrete 1 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (5.9.6 Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets. coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting. hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted including special shaped washers etc. comploto.10.16.3 Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-In-Charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling itself tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required with: 12.46.2 Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick.

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories, Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self-drilling/ self-tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or C.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.l. plain and bitumen washers complete 12.47.1.2 Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick. Ridges plain (500 - 600 mm), Precoated galvanized iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick.

Gutter (600 mm over all girth), 12.47.6.2 Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick.

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 12.37.1 75 mm diameter.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. as required10.24.2 In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.080/0 and conforming to 19.15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. 11.33.1.1.
