Repainting, servicing and overhauling of 11kv, VCB panel & Breakers as per scope work: Checking of bus bar tightness, T&C switch operation, wiring tightness, trolley movement checking cleaning of panel, servicing of complete panel to avoid moisture, setting greasing of fingers contact, cable tightness, cam setting of beaker, providing a layer on insulation epoxy paint, relay testing through primary/secondary injection test, fixing of three nos. VCB vittles’ and separators spouts complete with shutters assembly including testing of barker tripping mechanism, trip coil 24v DC and closing coil 24v DC. This works also includes nickel plating over carbonized bus couplers complete as required.

Calibrating testing and programming of numerical micro processing relays CT ration 5 amp to 30 amp volts DC/110 AC installed at 11 KV ACB/VCB including testing commissioning of relays complete etc. as required including auxiliary of relays I/C auxiliary installed at ACB/VCB commissioning of relays complete etc. as required

Dehydration and filtration of transformer and to achieve dielectric strength as required

Supply and topping up of transformer with dehydrated transformer oil etc. as required

Servicing, repairing of PT 11 KV / 110 volts from plugging chamber I/C draining the oil PT

Opening of covers 3 phase and neutral bus trunking of 1200/1600/2000 Amps. Capacity for inspection, cleaning, lightening of joints, tapping with proper tape wherever required testing, re-fixing of covers as required

Supplying & fixing of DC power pack unit (240 Volts AC input & 24 Volts Output) for protections & tripping circuit of HT panel with built in 2 Nos. x 7AH dry type maintenance free batteries, charges with protection fuses including control wiring, testing and commissioning etc complete as required. Servicing of following 433V, 3 phase, LT ACBs following make as per following scope of work. (ACB:2000/1600/1250/800a). Checking, cleaning of moving contacts, fixed contacts, arching contacts, auxiliary contacts. Checking, cleaning of proper setting of spring charging mechanism (on & off mechanism.) Checking, cleaning of CT, bus grid assembly front and rear, applying HT tape where ever required. Lubricating of moving parts of ACB as hoist gear shutter assembly guide, trolley auxiliary contacts and applying grease and petroleum really. Checking of trapping system of the LT ACD in hoisting through relays (if installed )and setting it right.(Make: L&T, EE, GE)

Servicing, cleaning, testing and commissioning of APFc panels of capacity 2 X 400 KVA & suitable for 415 Volt AC supply including cleaning and proper setting of fixed and contract, cleaning and lubricating of draw out accessories, checking and satisfactory operation of APFc relays capacitor duty conttass LED indication lamps 05/10/15/25 KVAR capacitors etc complete as required.

Servicing, cleaning, testing & Commissioning of AMF panel of 750 KVA suitable 415 VAC supply including cleaning and proper setting of ML contactors of DG and normal supply complete as required including computerized programming for synchronise of AMF panel
