Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep, not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer each not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

M&L cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

M&L Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts/ etc including necessary form work, fair finished surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 40mm dia with all fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50mm dia with all fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for laying pipe for crossing cable including getting out, disposal of rubbish off to a distance upto 50 Mtrs for 40/50 mm GI pipe Light grade Complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible 1100 volts for connection from Junction Box to street light fittings, complete all as specified.

Supply & laying of LT cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified.

Supply & laying of LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified.

Supply & laying of LT cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing street light pole cable junction box IP-65 outer Size 333mmx233mmx120mm and inner Size 300mmx200mmx105mm with metnic knockouts for cable entry and the box made out of thermal plastic material suitable for 16/25 sqmm UG cable including clamps bolts, nuts duly painted and MCB SP 6 Amp etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for painting and numbering to steel tubular pole of size 09.00 meter long with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking of pole No with black paint including preparation of old painted surface scrubbing by wire brush complete all as specified and as directed

M& L Earthing complete, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I, and as specified including the following :-(i)Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level.(ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and common salt in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer).(iii) 4 mm dia (8 SWG) G.I earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc.(iv) 15 mm bore light grade, GI pipe for protection to earth-strip.(v) 20mm bore, medium grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (vi) 50mm thick pre-cast cover of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 25x25x3mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces.(vii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 metre as directed.

Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm of upto 1/2 mtr hight from GL& 1/2 mtr for Below GL in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggregates comprising of following:- The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with and comprising of the following:- (i) Epoxy insulated common aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amp TPN each with Color Coding , including aluminium lugs to connect the cable. (ii) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA-01 No (For main Incomming ) (iii)MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 32 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA-02 No ( Outgoing)
