Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.I. section for wall paneling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W' profile (0.55mm thick ) having a knurled web of 51.55mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.55mm, placed @ 610mm C/C in perimeter channel having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm with thickness of 0.55mm and web of length 27mm. Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 610mm C/C with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. Board is fixed to the 'W' profile with 25 mm countersunk ribbed head screws @200mm C/C., all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge the joints of the boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide jointing tape to provide seamless finish. (a) Plain Gypsum plaster board conforming to IS: 2095( Part - I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks) (i) 12.5 mm thick.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): (a) With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183 having density 24 kg/cum , 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene Bags fixed to wall with screw, rawl plug & washers and held in position by criss crossing GI wire etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: (a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing 600 mm High Raised Floor with non combustible fire resistant material fabricated with zinc coated steel pedestals and stringers system & panels FS 800 of 600x600x35mm having steel sheet welded together & light weight cementitious core top of panels shall be finished with high abrasion anti static high pressure laminate raised floor shall be designed for a loading of min:2KN/sqm of UNIFLOOR/KINGSPAN/TATE or equivalent,etc all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of : (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mmx100mmx3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5mm welded with GI fully threaded stud16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make and at least 4 Nos.hold fasteners. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x25x32x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance ht. of 400 to 600 mm between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x35 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). (d) The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with high abrasion Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm with PVC beading alround.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm square without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product. (i) 600 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH)

Extra for providing and fixing antistatic steel grated air flow panel of size 600X600mm with perforated to provide 43% open area, designed to provide uniform air flow acheiving optimum performance to raised flooring in place of Access Floor panel of 600x600x35 mm. Grated air flow panel is fitted with 30X30mm grid of vertical steel plate to avoid air flow turbulance and minimum pressure drop, two load ratings, protective trim edge and level, thickness as per adjacent floor of Unitile or equivalent make etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Payment shall be in addition to basic item of raised flooring).

Providing and fixing 2 hr fire rated single/ double leaf steel fire shutter i/c frame conforming to IS:3614 part-2, 1992 and manufacturer's specifications with overall size as per site requirement. (a) Door frame shall be made with 1.25 mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed to single rebate profile of size 125 x 60 mm. Door shutter shall be made with 1.0mm thick Galvanized steel sheet pressed format to provide 48 mm thick fully flush double skin panel with lock seam joints at style edges, and filled with ceramic wool (96kg/cum density), honey comb structure with reinforcement at top, bottom and style surrounds and finished with zinc phosphate storing ( epoxy )primer and polyurethane paint. Providing and fixing of Armstong or equivalent soft fibre acoustical suspended ceiling system with optra (triangular ) edge tiles manufactured from high density wool of size 600x600 mm of over all hieght with 24 mm exposed grid. The tiles should have humidity resistance (RH of 95% NRC 0.90, light reflectance less than 85%, colour white, fire performance UK class 0/ class 1 (BS 476 PT-6& 7) in module size of 600x600x15 mm , suitable for green building application. The Tile shall be laid on Armstrong prelude 32 or equivalent with 24 mm wide Tee section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on old Tee sections i.e. the main runner , 1200 mm and 600 nn cross Tee with a web hieght of 32 mm. The section have a galvanising of 90 gm/metre square and parameter rim wall angle of 19x19 mm fixed to wall at 450 mm centre to centre maximum need to be installed with suspension system of Armstrong make consisting of anchor Fasteners with hole for hangers, a pre strenthen hanger wire of dia 2.5 mm of 1.8 m length along with hook clip with J wire assembly as per manufacturers specifications all complete as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
