Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material up to any lead & lift as per direction of Engineer -in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement isto three coarse sand isto six graded stone aggregate )or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling of roofing including ridge ,hip, valleys ,gitter etc. stacking the serviceable material and disposal of un- serviceable materials upto all lead and lift thick . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (zero point sixty millimetre )prepainted steel sheet of Tata Durashine in roofing over steel trusses made of cold rolled steel coil with epoxy coting 25 (twenty five) micro and width 3.5-3.7 (three point five to three point seven ) centimeter steel frame are to be painted of approved shade and gap between the roof at the base point closed with masonry completed including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600 x 600 ( six hundred into six hundred millimetre) full body vitrified tiles of KAZARIA as per approved shade & design with water absorption less than 0.5% ( zero point five percent) and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as corridors & waiting area etcetra, laid on 20mm ( twenty millimetre) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etcetra complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 300 x 300 ( three hundred into three hundred millimetre) slate flooring in steps and riser/dado , laid on 20mm ( twenty millimetre) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etcetra complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing minimum 30cm (Thirty centimeters) wide 30cm (Thirty centimeters) deep of 0.60mm (Zero decimal six zero milimetres) thick gutter of TATA Durashine with iron brackets 40x3mm (Forty into Three milimetre) size dome shape grating shall be provided which shall be M.S. plate 25x5/ 6mm (Twenty five into five/six millimetre) square round shape with 6mm (Six millimetres) diametre bars in dome including bolts and nuts and washers and including making necessary connections with rain water pipe complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with cement mortar 1:6 ( one isto cement six isto mortar as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of Tata / Sail/ Jindal/Shyam steel riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 75 mm dia ( seventy five millimetre) rigid high pressure PVC spigot and socketed soil waste and ventilating pipes of Finolex/ Supreme/Prince conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two sand isto four graded stone aggregate)20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
