M&L for providing of Silicon glass sealant by hacking out existing glass joints without breaking existing glass etc. and provide/filling the silica gel complete gaps with matching existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :1. The contractor has to consider the double steel scaffolding independently without taking any support from existing structure etc. with complete safety measures for the labour upto 10 meters and in this connection no extra will be paid in this account. 2. Any damages occured to the glass during the work shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for cleaning of structural tinted glazing with spider equipment used for facade cleaning using Industan Chemical TASKI R3 applied with applicator on the tinted glass surfaces and scarping, removing stain and other dust particle using squeezer etc, all as per manufacture's instrucions and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises in cluding removal of debries out side MoD land/Unit area without any extra cost.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm. in floors set and jointed over cement screed base 15mm screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item ser No 05 but on vertical surfaces such as skirtings etc including 10mm rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 sqm and n exc 2.00 sqm each and refixing in the same opening without damaging the door including cutting the door bottom for adjusting of height if required, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) and boarding any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick interior grade prelaminated board both side with decorative choice lamination with screws to timber frame work as in Cupboard frames, shelves and shutters etc including fixing of PVC beading matching colour on cutting exposed portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ply wood 9mm thick ,grade BWR type BB,fixed with screws to timber frame work etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Continuous (piano) hinges of Brass , bright finish or lectrogal vanised 40mm width of flaps (when open) in mm complete all as specified.

S&F double rebeat sliding aluminium channls of section 40 x 10 mm fixed with screws on 2nd class softwood plain fillets of size 40x20mm square/rectangular in section, clean sawn , secured with nails or brands on concrete/plastered surfaces including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on exposed area including repair of damaged portion of RCC/Plastered match with the existing surfaces etc complete to make faciable easy moment of particle board shutters of cup board, drawers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long Brass barrel tower bolts of extruded section and rolled or cast bolts and fixed with screws complete all as specified.

S&F 100mm long folding type Brass handles of extruded section, fabricated type polished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions including POP Molding of approved design by GE of size 100mm x 100mm all around the ceiling area and downwards facia of 60 cm all around the parameter and ornamental design/drawing as approved by GE etc, including two coats of Oil bound distember over a coat of primer over a coat of putty including preparation of ceiling board and molding as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Gl frame work of Size of grid 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre.etc complete all as specified.

M&L Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing and scrubbing with sand paper on old decorated surfaces of walls, pillasters, roof projections, facias, droops, chajjas, walls etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of internal wall using mechanical method and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 3mm thick wall putty all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortor 1:6, thick for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 finished even and fair on vertical surfaces on wall all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite of any type of approved colour slabs 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing in locations such as platform, stair case landing/steps in one piece etc. including rounding of edges of a stone slab one edge such as in steps/cooking plotforms and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick Granite of any type of approved colour slabs machine cut, in skirting/ dado/risers in one pieceof any length laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete complete all as specified

S&F stainless steel staircase railing & balusters of 16 gauge(1.62 mm thick) of Grade 304 mirror finish including cutting holes into Granite, fixing, fabrication, polishing and making good the suraface all as per specifications given below and directed by EIC. Top Railing : 50 mm S/S tubes on railing. Blusters 40mm x 40mm hollow square @ .90 mtr height and 25 cm spacing/each step. 30mm x 50mm D Brackets on bottom of Balusters 3 Nos of support railing on balusters of 20 mm dia SS tube. S/S Doom of suitable size on first baluster or as required in any locations all as specified by the Engr-in-charge. First vertical baluster of stair case shall be of size 50 mm dia stainless steel pipe.

S&F stainless steel sheet molding/bending as required of Grade 304 mirror finish including cutting holes into RCC/Granite, fixing, with steel dash fastners of required and approved size to take sufficient load of sheet etc including fabrication, polishing and making good surface complete all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators etc complete as ordered and removing retrived materials and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and type including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white /colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully unserviceable distribution boards/metal enclosures of any type and capacity including wooden board and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white/colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully Ceiling Fan/ Exhaust Fan and depositing at MES store yard any size including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.
