NCTPS II Civil Maintenance Circle Civil Maintenance Division Repair and Maintenance works to the Ash slurry pump house at NCTPS-II

Dismantling of existing corroded M.S.Door, Windows and ladder devoluting the scrap materials to the store, including cost of dismantling., T&P, all leads, lifts etc., complete.

Brick work for Raising the drain wall between Switch gear room and RWPH with CM 1:5 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete to avoid spreading of drain water in and around area and to avoid entry of waste into drains etc.

Providing and filling with Bottom ash or equalent good quality filling material as instructed by Engineer incharge for raising the level of plinth prodection including cost of all transporting, loading and unloading, filling charge, levelling and compaction with all lead, lift etc., complete.(Filling material will be given for free of cost)

Providing P.C.C 1:3:6 using 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing etc., complete for allround plinth projection.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete for raised drain, plinth projection and miscellaneous work.

Fabrication, providing and fixing of M.S Door and ladder using MS Angles,MS Flat for supporting angle including cost of cutting, welding and fixing in position, and two coat of enamel paint, over One coat of primer and all materials, labour charges, all lead, lift etc. complete as instructed by Enginner at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of Anodized aluminum sliding glazed window in two tracks with frame bottom gutter , 61.85x37mmx1.055kg/m & side /top 62x29.5mmx0.695kg/m and shutter lock 39x20mmx0.605kg/m, bottom 41x20mmx0.355kg/m , side 39x20mmx0.488kg/m , 6mm wired glass , rubber beading center lock etc including the cost of all materils , labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Applying polyurethane sealant in all the expansion joints by removing the top layer of old expansion pads approx of size 50mm x 50mm for waterproofing the expansion joints after chiping the existing brick work if required as instructed by Engineer at site.

Application of 200% elastocoat waterproofing coating on the primer surface along both X and Y directionas along all exposed surface to water seepage and leakage including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint for iron works after through scrapping of rest including cost of all materials, Labour, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete and as directed by the engineer at site.
