Make :- Puri Chlor / Declibac Technologies /Potter & Watts / Brio Zing or equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- 1. Approval of chemical ( calcium hypochlorite) shall be given after verification of test certificates and their chemical analysis , strength in terms of quqntity of chlorine content. 2. The brand/make of chlorination chemical must be certified by Govt. Laboratory and confirming compliance of specification , suitable for drinking water.

Supply only dosing pump roller assembly suitable for existing dosing pump complete all as specified and directed by EIC . Make of roller assembly :- Declibac / Ramco or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- (i) Contractor shall bring the new roller assembly as per existing model and make ,size for replacement of u/s.. (ii) Before procurement of Roller assembly for existing dosing pump contractor shall check the suitibility of model and make ,size of new to match with existing u/s.

Supply only dosing pump tube suitable for existing dosing pump complete all as specified and directed by EIC . Supply only dosing pump weighted suction line strainer suitable for existing dosing pump complete all as specified and directed by EIC . Make of Injection check valve :- Declibac / Ramco or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- (i) Contractor shall bring the new weighted suction line strainer as per existing model and make ,size for replacement of u/s.. (ii) Before procurement of weighted suction line strainer for existing dosing pump contractor shall check the suitibility of model and make ,size of new to match with existing u/s.

Make of check valve duckbill :- Declibac / Ramco or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- (i) Contractor shall bring the new check valve duckbill as per existing model and make ,size for replacement of u/s.. (ii) Before procurement of check valve duckbill for existing dosing pump contractor shall check the suitibility of model and make ,size of new to match with existing u/s.

Supply only dosing pump connecting nut with adapter suitable for existing dosing pump complete all as specified and directed by EIC . Make of connecting nut with adapter :- Declibac / Ramco or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- (i) Contractor shall bring the new connecting nut with adapter as per existing model and make ,size for replacement of u/s.. (ii) Before procurement of connecting nut with adapter for existing dosing pump contractor shall check the suitibility of model and make ,size of new to match with existing u/s.

Supply only dosing pump ferrule suitable for existing dosing pump complete all as specified and directed by EIC . Make of ferrule :- Declibac / Ramco or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- (i) Contractor shall bring the new ferrule as per existing model and make ,size for replacement of u/s.. (ii) Before procurement of ferrule for existing dosing pump contractor shall check the suitibility of model and make ,size of new to match with existing u/s.

M&L for disconnecting Submersible motor pump set of any capacity from electric system and lifting the pump and motor alongwith column pipe supporting wire , rope etc completely and lowering the whole system including addition of MS flanged pipe if required and connecting the electrical cable to starter after rectification of defects , repair / replacement of UNSV spare parts including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- 1. Necessary lathe work will be carried out by contractor and the amount will be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate ( No extra payment will be given to contractor ) Change of motor and pump spare parts and windings shall be measured separately under relevant item. Old replaced material has to be shown to Engr-in-Charge measured under sch of credit.

M & L for disconnecting Centrifugal motor pump set of any capacity from electric system , starter panel , lifting from foundation and carrying to workshop for repair and replacement of spare parts , reinstall in existing location or new location after repairing including reconnection testing etc and spray painting of motor pump set with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- 1. Necessary lathe work will be carried out by contractor and the amount will be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate ( No extra payment will be given to contractor ) Change of motor and pump spare parts and windings shall be measured separately under relevant item. Old replaced material has to be shown to Engr-in-Charge measured under sch of credit.

Taking out old u/s any type column pipe and supply & fix MS column pipe 100 mm dia bore , 10 feet long each with flanges screwed and welded both ends complete with nuts , bolts , gasket etc for jointing pipe and lowering into bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. Taking out old u/s GI pipe of 50 mm dia as column pipe of bore well and Supply and fixing GI column pipe 50 mm dia bore heavy class ,cut 10 feet long with long thread at both side including supply of heavy duty sockets on both end for jointing the pipes and lowering into bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Supply only Alum Gel suitable for disinfection, algae control, and coagulation of swimming pool water as approved by Garrison Engineer.

Supply only Chlorine liquid as per IS 11673 grade-II ( 10-12% free chlorine) Sodium Hypochlorite solution for disinfection, algae control, and coagulation of swimming pool water packed in container . Make- PSI or as approved by Garrison Engineer.

Note : (i) The pipe shall be heavy duty MS pipe not less than 6 mm thick of wall conforming to IS-1239 (Part - I) of 1979/3589: 2001. (ii) The flanges shall have 8 hole and grooves to accommodate the submersible cables and sling wires.
