Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying of two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surface ,preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 2 mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered and washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 2 mm thick putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white washing on ceiling surface, including preparation of old treated/ untreated surfaces of walls, cornices etc.by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescence salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.
