Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in filling foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in retaining wall ,parapet wall etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No -22 but except stone complete all as specified and directed

M&L P.C.C (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre-cast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as bond stone for stone walling etc setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC SWR pipes 110 mm dia as weep holes in retaining wall complete all as specified

M&L for boulder fiiling dry, hand packed tightly as in back filling of retaining wall complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rendering 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/stone work incl finishing surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling timber scantlings in any position in fillets, rails, posts, rafters , purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section (unframed work) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair for mild steel work as in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in landing cover slab for manholes , septic tank set in cement mortor ( 1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured separately)

M&L reinforcement cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like and in shelves and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .

Mild steel bars 10mm dia TMT bars and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed

Form work to sides and soffts of floor or roof beams, beam hauchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams, chajjas on rough finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware/AC/RCC drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in the drain pipe incl packing under & haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia compelete all as specified.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed all as specified (internal dia of pipe 150 mm bore pipe) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L P.C.C (1:5:10), type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for loose filling with broken brick aggregate of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work, with sub class 'B' brick straihgt or curved on plan to any radius in half brick work thick wall built in cement mortor (1: 4) as in manholes and septic tanks complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting drain pipes making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benches for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section)in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal bore pipe complete all as specified.

Comprehenshive maintenance and cleaning of sewage system including sewage lines, manholes, soakage wells/soak-pits, gully traps, septic tanks attending bloakages in WCs/ WHBs/Drains etc by employing necessary resources including T&P at Dagshai Mil station all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The location/ building/complex where work is to be carried out consist of the following:- (a) 4 Assam (OTM and md Accn) (b) 49 Fd Wksp Coy EME (OTM and md accn). (c) MH section Hospital (OTM and md accn) (d) OTM and md accn of MES Dagshai (e) Officers Quarter and Officers Mess of 4 Assam. NOTES: (i) The Contractor will employe a Supervisor. The Supervisor so employed shall report to the concerned JE daily to give feed back and also to receive day to day sewage Complaints and necessary instructions for smooth running of the contract. (ii) He will carry out normal maintenance to sewage sytem as required at site. (iii) For any default/delay in attending the complaints recovery shall be effected as per contract conditions provided here-in-after. (iv) T & P as requiered for the work shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (v) Supervisor engaged by the contractor shall take all necessary preventative safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and department shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidence.

Cleaning of septic tank incl sludge chambers by removing sludge and sludge water by pumping or manually or other means and the sludge /sludge waste night soil and solid soil waste night soil including slugde water from the septic tank of any capacity and disposed off to distance n. exc to 100 mtrs and depositing the same in ditch(including excavation of ditches and making good the surface and as required)including taking off and refixing manholes covers complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 86,920.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
