Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) up to 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% )

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size including Recycled Aggregate (RA))

Providing and laying at or below ground level brick bats position to the required line as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with c&d based bricks of class designation in foundation & Plinth a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement: 6 Coarse Sand)

Red sand stone slabs 25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average)thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Steel work welded in built up section frames work i/c cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coa of approved steel primer using structual steel etc. as required In grating, frames, guard bar ladder railings brackets gates and similar works

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing & fixing of Precast cement Precast Concrete Bench (Chair type with hand rest & back rest) manufactured by using M-30 grade. The bench consists of 2 nos L shape base support in grey cement concrete (thickness -80mm back height-890mm, Front height 450mm,and base width-690mm) and 1 no, reinforced concrete plank in red color of size 1500mm x 400mm x50mm, and 1 no of reinforced concrete plank in red color of size 1500mmx425mm x50mm. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts & bolts of suitable size and all bolts are sealed after assembly Seating length of the Bench- 1500mm, Seating height of the Banch-450mm, Total height of the Bench-890. All planks shall be given special coating to make them water proof and Glossy as per drawing attached complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Special Conditions.- 1. Benches shall be supplied in the parks as and when required during 60 days. 2. Every bench is to be engraved with DDA/HCD-8/2022-23, during manufacturing. 3. No extra charge will be paid for any park.

Supplying and fixing swing type heavy duty with M.S. frame PVC dustbins (twin) on stand having capacity of 160 litres including fixing with C:C 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm n/s) and painting writing etc. completed as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge (Payment for excavating holes and C.C. 1:2:4 to be paid separately) Special Conditions :- 1. Dustbins shall be supplied in the parks as and when required during 90 days. 2. Dustbins shall be supplied only of the specified brands viz. Supreme or Nilkamal 3. No extra cartage will be paid for any park.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & up to 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto1.5 m. All kinds of soil.
