M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7/450x350x7 mm thick or as approved by Engr-in-charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on vertical surface of wall icluding 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) for backing of tiles on vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as required and keeping serviceable light fittings in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

M&L for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor with one single core 1.50 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC casing-caping (ISI Marked) of required size along with all fitting/ fixtures such as tee, bend, elbow socket, saddles etc. and making good the disturbed surface and connecting to common earth dolly complete with 1.6mm thick sunk in pressed steel terminal box of suitable size / shape for accommodating switches sockets, regulators with brass screws,washers with hylam sheet of 3 mm thick in white / smoke gray/ off white colour for one light point controlled by one one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed.
