Providing housekeeping services, upkeeping and caretaking services including cleaning & upkeeping of all suits, (Suit No. 1 to 9) corridors, passages stair case, halls, kitchen, dinning hall, toilets, including sweeping, cleaning and wet mopping of floors once a day in the morning or evening removing stain & dirt, using of disinfectants, stain remover, detergent or approved chemical, including brooming of surrounding court yards, Cleaning of toilets (Total 11 nos) including wash basins/WC seats and attached dado/skirting,) with detergents Phenyl, Harpic /approved chemicals and Napthelin Balls,in each Urinal/Wash Basin including providing laudry services for bed sheet, towel, etc. on change of occupancy of suits and curtains periodicaly on regular basis as per instructions. (Providing Odonil in each toilet once in a month.) dusting of all tables, chairs, racks, almirahs, windows, doors, window curtains, maintaining mosquito repellent refill in each suit everytime, and brooming of surrounding outside area (Total 550 Sqmtr) etc. on all days all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(The rate includes following activities/items and nothing extra shall be paid .Contractor has to arrange all necessary cleaning material. Work shall be executed following Covid -19 Protocols in force as declared by local body) Scope of work includes cleaning… I) Of floors, skirting, dados ( Total carpet area 800 Sqmtr) by sweeping, wet mopping by using Phenyl & wiping etc once in a day in the morning or as directed Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Rs 100/- per 100 sqmtr per day ii) Of surrounding outside area of IQ (Total 550 Sqmtr) once in a day in the morning or as directed. Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Lum sum Rs 60/-per 100 Sqmtr per day iii) Of doors windows, glazing, louvers, frames thereof, jambs, soffits & sills etc once in a day in the morning. Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Lum sum Rs 150/-per day iv)Of sanitary shafts, spraying of the insecticide therein to keep the same free from flies mosquitoes and other insects etc once a week. Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Lum sum Rs 100/-per week v) Of the signage, notice boards etc once in a day in the morning.Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Lum sum Rs 50/-per day vi) Of furniture, tables, glass thereon if any, all storage unit, racks, mirrors, doors, chairs & sofas, window curtains, tubelights, fans etc by dusting & mopping daily once in a day in the morning or as directed.Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Lum sum Rs. 100/-per day vii) Of toilets (Total 11 nos) including attached dado/skirting, by using Phenyl, Acid and Naphthalene Balls in each Urinal/Wash Basin. Providing Odonil in each toilet once in a month. .Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Rs. 100/-per day per toilet viii) Providing services of catering i.e food and tea etc to occupants as per requirements of occupant. The cost of food and tea shall be collected from occupants at the rate specified.Nothing will be pay by BSNL for catering services nor contractor has to be deposted collected catering service amount to BSNL. ix) Providing caretaking services including making proper entry of occupants, collection of IQ charges, giving proper receipts, periodical remittance of IQ charges collected after every 10 days, attending the guests on their arrivel and departure from IQ etc. Recovery to be done if not executed properly.---- Rs. 200/-per day. x) Providing laundry service i.e washing set of towel,bedsheets, and pillow covers and iorning (Three set) daily Contractor has to arrange all necessary cleaning material) .Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Rs 50/-per set per day for inspection quarter xi) Providing laundry service i.e washing of window curtains and blankets (Total 55 nos) and iorning once in a month Contractor has to arrange all necessary cleaning material) Recovery to be done if not executed.---- Rs.120 /-per month per no
