Taking down existing water proofing treatment including screed bed and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on non woven polyster film reinforcement with 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 kg/sqm over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil / water based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane laid with 100mm overlap on both sides as per manufacturer's instructions including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and aluminium paint total 200gm/Sqm in two layers over membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on surfaces of ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wire netting of galvanised steel wire, 0.71mm dia and size of mesh is 12mm fixed in properly with suitable nails for repair of cracks at various locations in wall, beam, chajja, facia, slab, lintel etc including taking down plaster of cracked portion and making good to the area by rendering in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
