Drilling of 675mm dia bore with Reverse Rotary Rig in all kinds of soil including the cost of consumables stores, fuel oil and trasportation of rig to the site complete in all respect. Notes:- 1. Erection and dismantling of boring machine (plant) including all arrangements for transportation of boring equipments to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of water and water for drilling of tubewell will have to be arranged by the firm/contractor at site, at his own cost. 2. in case the bore is converted into a Tubewell, payment of bore shall be made upto the bail plug margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirements which ever is less) required for sustaining the main bore.

a) upto 150 Mtr depth below ground level

b) beyond 150 Mtr upto 200 Mtr below ground level

c) beyond 300 Mtr and beyond

Supply, lowering of MS pipe as per IS-4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Supply, lowering of stainless steel cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest with SS socket to conect strainer to Strainer duly welded with suitable grade SS welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.

250mm Steel Strainer (slot size 0.75mm) 7.30 mm thickness

Supplying and fixing of MS clamp of size 150mmx12mm made out of MS Flat 1.52m long, suitable to fit housing pipe including the cost Nut and Bolts of suitbale size complete in all respects.

Supplying at site wooden box of suitable size with lid and locking arrangement for preserving strata sample collected from the bore

Supplying and fixing of bail plug of MS pipe complete with inverted U-hook atttached to the bottom plug complete in all respects.

Development and stabilizing of the tubewell with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances and consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Capacity of air compressor 500 cfm at 150psi.

Development and stabilizing of the tubewell with submersible pump of required capcity as directed by engineering-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances and consumable to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Collection of water sample from different starata and testing of sample from approved laboratory (physical and chemical)

Making electric lodging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc complete in all respect.

Supplying of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes pouring and packing in the annular spaces between the pipes assmbly and the bore including carriage from querry to site of work . The gravel should be free from, dust, dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1987 with latest amendments (to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Supplying and fixing mild steel centering guides made out of 32mmx6mm thick MS bar complete in all respects.

Testing of water sample for heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material such as Argenise, lead, mercury, pestiscides etc., if directed by the E-in-C.

Supply, lowering and fixing of MS special socket to connect SS Strainer to MS pipe duly welded with suitable grade weldinhg electrode complete in all respect.
