Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Paving the floor with pre-polished Concrete Anti-Skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg/sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supply and run of 3 of 4 Sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V and grade in suitable heavy gauge M.S. Conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with continued earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wirewith painting of suitable colour. SD 46

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit

Supplying and fixing of 16AMS DPI Switch of 500volt with fuse and Neutral (side handle) on suitable Tw box /PWD Earthing Service main

Wiring with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade on suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch box and 5A FT switch (two way) with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open staircase light point SD 4

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch box in flush with wall with 5A FT switch with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover MS switch box with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion for concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Supply and delivery of 1000 litres HDPE Tank including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc, complete

Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime ( no sand to be used ) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jaggery water etc,. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge - 10 cum

Finishing the top with one course of machine pressed tiles on 230x230x20mm. Thick of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and three of sand) mixed with water proff compounds 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with the same mortar etc., complete - 10m2.
