CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220)

M&L 12mm thick plywood commercial type BWR Grade of size 1980mmx900mmx12mm thick (in one piece only) as top of GI Charpoy with mild steel screw (machine made) of size 75mm long, 6mm thick with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other with washer and hexagonal square with two central stiffiner of 40mm width x 5mm thick x (890-900mm length) flat iron duly painted, including removal of old unserviceable nylon niwar, complete all as per specified and directed by Engr--in-charge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L dismantling of existing short rail and cutting of old long rail obtain from srl No 3.02 to be required size for short rail including re-threading at both end complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken leg and cutting of old short rail obtain from srl No 3.03 to be required size of leg including re-threading at one end and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI pipe medium grade 32mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement check nut 6mm thick suitable for 32mm bore to GI pipe charpoy of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER STEEL ( FD-1003, FD-84(M))

Removing old unserviceable Table top of Table Office Officer steel and S&F new Table top made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle board of existing size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable box incl unsv drawers from Table office Offrs and supply and fixing new box with 3 drawers made of 20gauge MS sheet with lock in 1 drawer, PVC recessed handles including painting complete all as shown on drawing FD-84(m), 1004, 1003 etc and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable Hard PVC shoe of Table Office Officer steel and S&F new Hard PVC shoe superior quality of existing size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable Locks from drawer of Table office officer steel and S&F new Lock brass as required including incl size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface by scraping, denting, derusting etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG) by spray painting to Table office Officer steel complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75 (M))

Replacement of seat for chair CBA steel with arms made of 2nd class hard wood duly canned with plastic cane 2mm wide with black paint finish fixed with nut, bolts and washer complete all as Specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 3.01 but for back .

CHAIR CBA STEEL WITHOUT ARMS (FD-75 (M))

Replacement of seat for chair CBA steel with OUT arms made of 2nd class hard wood duly canned with plastic cane 2mm wide with black paint finish fixed with nut, bolts and washer complete all as Specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 3.01 but for back .

SOFA SET FD-281/254/MAP (Set of five)

S&F of sofa cushion with Tapestry cloth of best quality complete all as directed , cushion of size 21"x22"x4" of 32 desnsity for Sofa set 03 pieces to seat five. Note : Colour and sample of Tapestry cloth will be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for polishing 01 coat to entire surface to Sofa set 5 seater (3+1+1) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table dining 4 Persons (1200x900mm) (FD/MAP-II/03)

Removing of unserviceable top of table dining 4 persons (1200x900mm) and S&F new top to be made of 18mm thick int gde Prelaminated particle board with 4 mm thick teakwood beading allround the edges of top before fixing the top. shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement long rail shall be 2nd class hardwood well seasoned “SAL” free from crack and dead knots, shape & size, all as per existing /specified in the drg or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Short side rail : all as per Srl item No 13.02 above but shape and size as shown in drg.

French polishing to be done including preparation of old surfaces of table dining 4 persons all as specified and filling of cracks with putty. Wood based surface direct to vision with glossy shining when placed in position.Color of polish will be as per user requirement or as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR DINNING (FD-279)

Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair Dining with new plastic cane, white 2.00 mm wide for seat half round of 0.4 mm thick and border caning 3.5,3.00 mm wide plastic cane of brand Shah/Aryan/BR Super including M&L for french polishing and Normal repair of existing Chair dining like grinding of outer surface, hamering of nail, fill of micro crack with favicol and wooden putty etc. complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
