M&L rough cast plaster as specified and directed in SSR Part -I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Rate also includes necessary scaffolding to carry out stone grit plaster work upto a height G+6 floor. 2. Payment for providing grooves as specified shall be also includes in quoted rates.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plate including water through and the like weathring, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating complete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surface over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near groung floor factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature, jointed with CM 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage ,opening wherever required including taking out old kerb stone and removing from MoD land to a distance upto 20 KM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels,plates ,bulbs etc including welding,grinding,buffing,polishing and making curvature(wherever required)and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary steel dash fastners,of required size on the top of floor or the side of waist slabs with suitable arrangments including taking out old unserviceable railings complete all as specified and directed.
