Manning and operation of pump sets and DG Sets at 2ASD Kasubegu area and 10KLD STP of ALG under GE(East) Ferozepur cantt

Manning and operation & maintenance of water supply installations comprising of following items, machinery, fittings etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Manning & Operation consisting of three shift in a day (i.e Each shift is having 8 hours duration) on all working days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays at water supply installation at 2 ASD Kasubegu by one operator for each shift at PUMP HOUSE NO-01 and 03 Manpower :- 01 (One) FGM Per shift of 08 Hrs (Semi Skilled) (a) Bleaching Doser- 02 Set (b) Stand by DG Set of upto 62.5 KVA capacity with all accessories and panel board - 02 Set (c) Over head water tank of 50000 G capacity (d) Submersible pumping set 10 to 35 HP Capacity - 02 Set (e) Control Valves to be operated by the operator. Note :- (a) Material such as soap, cotton waste, protective clothing and water testing instruments, gas mask, gloves and other necessary precautions materials/items etc., as required for Maintenance, Manning and operation of plant shall be arranged by the tenderer from his own sources for which cost of the same is deemed to be included in the Unit Rate quoted by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made separately on this account.

(b) Tenderer must visit all the Plants to ascertain the conditions of the plants as well as to ascertain the exact scope of the work with prior appointment of AGE E/M before quoting unit rate and no extra claim what so ever on this account will be entertained at a later date/stage. (c) The contractor shall be responsible for making good damage occurred due to in-adequate experience of staff employed by him and or negligence of his workman. (d) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the water supply installation neat and clean on every day including cutting of grass inside fencing and outside 3 metre around the fencing of the water supply installation. (e) Adding bleaching powder/Altoch GP/Sodium hypochloride/Poly aluminium chloride powder in the water main through bleaching dozer/chemical dozing pump installed in Pump House as per requirement. (f) Filling of DHPP and engine Oil in DG set tank as required and log sheet of DG set running to be maintained properly. (g) DHPP/Engine oil will be issued under Schedule 'B' as 'Free filling'. The contractor shall collect the same from MES storeyard of AGE E/M at his own arrangement and cost. g) Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/Sodium hypochloride/Poly aluminium Chloride powder/DHPP/Engine oil will be supplied by the contractor for mixing /filling. The item is measured and paid separately under relevant item.

All as per Item No-01 above but at PUMP HOUSE NO-04 consisting of Two shift in a day (i.e Each shift is having 8 hours duration starts from 05:00 Hrs to 13:00 and second Shift from 13:00 to 21:00 Hrs ) on all working days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays at water supply installation at 2 ASD Kasubegu by one operator for each shift at 2 ASD Kasubegu. Man Power :- 01 (One) FGM per Shift (Semi Skilled) (a) Stand by DG Set of upto 40 KVA capacity with all accessories and panel board - 01 Set (b) Submersible pumping set 10 to 35 HP Capacity - 01 Set (c) Control Valves to be operated by the operator

All as per Item No-01 here-in-before but at PUMP HOUSE & DG Set at 22 JAk RIF consisting of Two shift in a day (i.e Each shift is having 8 hours duration starts from 05:00 Hrs to 13:00 and second Shift from 13:00 to 21:00 Hrs ) on all working days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays at water supply installation at 2 ASD Kasubegu by one operator for each shift at 2 ASD Kasubegu Man Power :- 01 (One) FGM per Shift (Semi Skilled) (a) Stand by DG Set of upto 63 KVA capacity with all accessories and panel board - 01 Set (b) Submersible pumping set 10 to 35 HP Capacity - 01 Set (c) Control Valves to be operated by the operator

Manning and operation of standby DG set of capacity 40 KVA installed at POST NO-5 at 2 ASD Kasubegu including carry out of daily/weekly maintenance as per the maintenance manual of the DG Set consisting of Two shift in a day (i.e Each shift is having 8 hours duration starts from 14:00 Hrs to 22:00 and second Shift from 22:00 to 06:00 Hrs ) with one operator per shift of 8h per day in 02 shifts. The details of operation of DG Set consisting the following :- 01 (One) FGM per Shift (Semi Skilled) (a) Operation of DG set time to time as and when required and as directed (b) Maintenance daily log sheet as per the form and accounting FOL in respect of running of DG Set. (c) Carry out daily check and weekly maintenance of DG set/plant for smooth functioning and maintenance record. (d) Cleaning of lubricant oil/fast moving item as per the instructions of manufacturer and direction of Engr-in-Charge (e) Filling of DHPP and engine Oil in DG set tank as required Note: The installation shall be manned/operated on all working days including Sundays & holidays.

All as per ITEM NO-04 above at POST NO-07 at 2 ASD Kasubegu

Outsourcing for operation and maintenance of DG Set & Sewage Pump Of 29 INF BDE and Pump House & 10 KLD STP at ALG site based on MBBR tech including maint & running of submerssible pumping set, MSEP bar screen, raw sewage pump, MSEP moving bed Bioreactor MSEP tub setter, CI air blower, chlorine dosing pumps FRP media filter & activated carbon filter, iincluding carry out of daily/weekly maintenance as per the maintenance manual of the STP set consisting of Two shift per day with one operator of 8 Hours Man power :- 01 (One) Semi skilled operator per shift of 08 hours duration starts from 05:00 Hrs to 13:00 and second Shift from 13:00 to 21:00 Hrs ) (a) Operation of STP time to time as and when required an and directed by Engr-in-Charge (b) Maintenance daily log sheet as per the form (d) Cleaning of lubricant oil/fast moving item as per instruction of manufacturer and direction of Engr-in-Charge (e) Cleaning the complex STP installation around the area Note :- For Items No 1 to 6 Log sheet/Record book are to be arraged and maintained by the contractor

Supply and testing of High strength Calcium based granular disinfectant for water, treatment, more stable than Chlorine Gas, and stronger than Bleaching Powder, and Sodium Hypochlorite of following specifications incl connections all as required at site: (a) Chemical analysis & physical observations :Description: Whitish granules Granular size (Mesh passing through – 100 BSS): 1.1 (± 0.1) % , Water / moisture: 5.00 (± 0.2) % Other insoluble Calcium salts: 1.1 (± 0.1) % Mercury & other Heavy Metal contaminants: BDL The chlorination chemical must contain appropriate quantities of dispersants / corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation / scaling in distribution systems . (b) Strength in terms of quantity of chlorination chemical required to obtain free chlorine of 1 ppm per lakh liters of water: Requirement must be 100 gm. per one lakh liter of water to achieve 05-1.0 ppm Av. Cl. at injection point (site & raw water quality variations may apply additionally). (c) Stability: Projected shelf life of chlorination chemical must be one year with minimal loss of chlorine.
