Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site ofm work as complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in any surfaces (natural, concrete, masonary etc.) and of any description, any section, taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surface , complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling old rusted Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of any size and dia from wooden / RCC posts/ etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum and getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete of post holes, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for framed work of angle iron or mild steel hollow pipe in grills, grating, gate etc., with ends of bars shouldered. Framing over fencing post with welded to each post, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; railings & similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in flats to secure posts and struts in fencing/chain link fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel sections or MS pipe round/square as in posts, flat iron,channel, tee sections etc. fixed independently with cleats or other connecting plates, nut bolts etc. confirnimg to Fe-290 ( Gde E-165). complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized concentrina coil of core wire dia of 2.5 mm and barb thickness 0.5 mm any type blade , fencing dia 600 mm, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for steel screw bolts, machine made, dia of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified as directed.

Supply only chan link fencing of mild steel galvanised dia of wire not less than 3.15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, welding etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces or stone walls in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and inclding liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

The qualified mechanic visit the installation at least once a month for comprehensive maintenance/ repairs to ensure the serviciability and smooth fucnctioning of the DG sets during currency of contract. However any defects devoloped at any time shall also be attanded, rectified the defects to make DG sets functional within 24 hours. Note:- all spare parts required shall be marked paid seperatly order relevenant items of Sch 'A' given here-in- after..
