Repair and renovation work on the road connecting Robertsganj Pannuganj Road to the Ramgarh Godran

Earth Work in cutting or in embankment in Ordianry/black cotton soil excavation to be the form of regular pits not exceeding ½ meter (20") in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slopes and also including 1.5mm (5") lift and 30m (100") lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100') distance as directed by the E/I.

Filling of carted earth in trenches , plinth and sides of foundation etc. in lavers not exceeding 20cm. in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and dressing and including cartage of earth upto 5.00km and all taxes required for proper completion of the work. (AOR)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm) obtained from approved query sukrut to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming type 'B' screening materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required denstity. as per Technical specification clause.4.7/405(3) As per Analysis

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumin emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and and sprying primer at rate of 0.75 Kg/sqm ssing machenical means (MORD 502) As per Analysis

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin VG-10 using pressure disributor at rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom (MORD 503) As per Analysis

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. surface and laying 2cm. Thick Premix carpet with appd. Grit (in ratio 1:2 with 10-16 mm & 16-22.4mm gauge with dalla Grit) and bitumen including neating the paint to required tamperature and mixing either in mixer or by hand including cartage of materials, maintenance of side, patries and watering them during operation including supply of all materials L.T.&P. required for proper completion of the work also including cost of maxphalt and back coat.As per Analysis

Cleaning the premix carpet surface and laying seal coat with 6 mm Grit, including supply of all materials, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.As per Analysis

Supply and laying of 125 micron polythene sheet under the foundation (for anti salt peter treatment) or over sub-base to act as separation between sub-base and conc. Slab (for C.C. raod slab), inculding including supply of all materials, L T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Laying C.C. Road Slab consisting of 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand & approved 20mm gauge stone ballast, over prepared sub grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber and including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc (S.I. No. 773(A)

Supply and Fixing one no. sign board as per approved desgine by HQ all complete etc. required for proper compeletion of the work. (AS PER APPROVED RATE HQ)
