Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge HSR 4.12.1

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix M-10 and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping ofR.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of theEngineer-in charge. (Note :- Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix). M-1 O grade plain cement concrete(cement content considered HSR Item no. 6.22.2.3

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix andM-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum) manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge HSR 6.22.2.2

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand )

Design mix cement concrete of grade M-25 with minimum cement contents 330 Kg/Cum in foundation and plinth HSR Item No 6.25

Shuttering for faces of conc. foundation and boundaries beem etc. HSR item no. 6.29.1

Cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement plaster mortar 1:3 (derived rate)

Supply of cold twisted deformed (ribbed/tor steel) bars for RCC works where not included in the complete rate of RCC i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete (HSR item No. 6.34.3)

Providing lowering cutting jointinfg and testing RCC pipe class NP3 as per IS-458-2003 with spigot & socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked sulphate resistance cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked anti-ternmite as required at site into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and side of trenches, if required jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:3/2 cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:3/2 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc. as fully described in item No. 21.28, item 21.44, item 21.45, & item 21.46 including cartage loading and unloading complete in all respects. The internal diametric of the sewer being 900MM HSR Item No. 21.95.8

Providing and Lowering 225mm outer dia UPVC pipe threaded (10kg/CM2) duly ISI marked IS Code 12818:1992 complete in all respect as per HSR Item No. 20.91

Providing and fixing UPVC cap for 225mm outer dia UPVC pipe (10kg/CM2) duly ISI marked IS Code 12818:1992 complete in all respect as per HSR Item No. 20.94
