Taking down unservicable submain wiring aluminium ete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Sub-main wiring (existing concealed PVC conduit ) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of massinory including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring (surface) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories on the surface of walls/floors/ceilings and making good the disturbed surface, with and including sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal box 1.2 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick and 1.5 Sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Earthing complete with G I earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 4 dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc. including replacment of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in hard/dense soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 10 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable), complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness (over all 18 cm) shall be measured & paid.

Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the unserviceable LT cable of any size from tranches/ walls /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge .

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size of 25 sq mm 4 core core.laid in trenches or under road , ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, sand and brick work will be measure & paid separately .

Bip taps 15 mm bore cast copper alloy(chromium plated) with crutch handle or butter fly handle screwed down , screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferruleand fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cutting existing 15/20 mm steel tubing for alteration and addition (each cut measured ) including screwing existing steel tubing for alterationa and addition or lengthing screw on pipe to form connector , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for passing of GI pipe /inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
