Repairing, Providing and fitting of HVAC system to Radiotherapy(Thyratron) area Haemodialysis & other areas at SKIMS Soura by way of dismantling and extraction of existing defunct 10 ton ductable ACs (outdoor and indoor) and handing over to stores.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 24 SWG sheet metal ducts fabricated from galvanised steel sheets GI) complete with all accessories, straight and smooth finished G.I flanges with air tight joints for connecting of the ducts, all 90⁰ elbow must be provided with double radius turning vanes, all rectangular duct taps should be made with shoe (45⁰) fittings including supports for hanging of ducts. the job also includes supply and fixing of external thermal insulation of 19mm thick nitrile rubber on the duct before applying thin film of adhesive on the back of the insulating material sheer ad then on the metal surface and sealing of joints with 75mm wide aluminium tape and piecing of walls through which supply/return duct to be laid.

Providing and fitting of volume control dampers of 18swg of opposed blade type of an approved type, lever operated and complete with suitable level links and quadrants, locking devices, which will permit the dampers to be adjusted and locked in any position.
