Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, debris etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement over a coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6. on concrete or brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (IWPC measured and paid separately) complete fine aggregate used natural river sand all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type or any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, matching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc an similar work complete all as specified and as directed.
