Installation of electro-mechanical equipment at CPS Muthi for water supply to Durga Nagar.

H.C Pumping units-2no-Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 50000 GPH X 150 Mtrs. Head (02 NO.s) Horizontal centrifugal split casing pump with slow peed motor at CPS Muthi by way of excavation of earth work for laying of RCC foundation block. The job includes Construction of foundation block for installation of 50000 GPH x 150 Mtrs. Hend Horizontal centrifugal pump set at CPS Muthi. by way of dismantling of old foundation blocks with the help of required tool and tackle and manual labour as per site requirement. Disposing off the excavated material from the site to distance of at least 0.50 Km with the help of manual labour and mechanical transport. Job includes digging of pit of size 6'X3.5'X4'and disposal of excavated material from the site of the work to the place of dumping. Providing/Lying of RCC foundation block of size 5'X3.5'X5'(l'above the ground level) in 1:2:3 cement concrete mix having requisite reinforcement with 12 mm dia. tor steel from center to center with proper spacing. Fabrication and fitting of foundation bolts duly welded with cross members and threading at top with nut. Foundation bolt shall be welded with tor steel and firmly grouted in the cement concrete mix, plastering and finishing from outside: Fitting of base frame plate on the top of the block and leveling it both horizontally as well as vertically. Strengthening of the base frame by providing and welding of M. S. channel cross members of required size and as per the size of frame for giving extra strength against vibration of the unit and on full load running conditions. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges for laying of the foundation block, plastering and finishing. Placing horizontal centrifugal pumping unit on the base frame by using hydra crane, chain block, manual labour and other tools and tackles. Suction Line: Fabrication of suction line by providing / fabrication of MS pipe of dia 150 mm. of length as per site requirement (09 mtr approx.) proper beveling of MS pipe for v-butt welding joints. The job includes Providing and. fabrication of MS bends of 150 mm dia out of MS pipe 150 mm dia. Providing/fabrication / fitting of MS flanges-4no wherever required and with the one flange compatible to be fitted the suction flange of both the pumps. Job includes providing and fabrication of MS Bends of 150 mm dia -04 no. The job also includes providing and fitting of sluice valves of 150 mm dia. (CS material)- 02no.(01 no.for each suction line of 02 pump sets) On suction lines. Providing, fabrication and fitting of MS flanges at both end of sluice valve as per site requirement. Delivery Line: Fabrication of delivery line by providing and fabrication of MS pipe 125 mm. upto manifold. Proper beveling of MS pipes for V-butt welding joint. Job includes fabrication/fitting of MS Pipe 125 mm dia. upto manifold. Job also involves making interconnection with manifold with the delivery flange of newly installed pumps. The job involves fabrication/fitting of MS bends as per site requirement no-02 out of 125 mm dia. MS pipe. Fabrication of 04 no. MS flange of 125 mm dia. to match delivery flange of the pump and welding of flange with one end of the bend. makes interconnection of manifold with delivery pipe. Job also includes providing/fitting of sluice valve (CS)-2no and reflux valve of 125mm-2no (CS material) on delivery side of each pumpset by the way of welding for on delivery line. All the welding work shall have to executed butt pre heated high pressure welding electrodes from root run to cap seal in three layers and all the flanged joint shall be jointed with rubber sheets and nuts bolts. Providing and fitting of new 600 Amps Air Circuit Breaker panel to be installed between voltage stabilizer and transformer. Making of all the incoming and outgoing connections. Testing of stabilizer on no load and then on full load conditions.
