Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory ompaction by using plate vibrator, filling he joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and attern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks ( old size) straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces of external walls finshed even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new plastered surfaces applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium external weatherproof paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting, and fixing in position, swaged and welded poles of Overall height 7 metres, type 410 SP-1, ISI marked, full GI steel tubular poles with GI base plate base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc, including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and numbering of poles, complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer’s factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40 W Solar light with inbuild 100 W solar panel and 36 Amp battery suitable to be fixed on steel tubular pole type 410 SP-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.
