SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HT UG CABLE 11 KV, 3 CORE X 120 SQMM FROM NAUSENA BAUG TO TANAJI SUB STATION AT MANKHURD UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD

Taking up/down under ground cable 11000 Volt grade of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core from trenches, ducts, floor, pipes and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured separately)

Supply , laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, ISI marked, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty ) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts (Earthed), grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade for indoor termination end Cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured AIuminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing cold shrinkable type, straight through cable jointing kit, outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated cable, 120 Sqmm size 3 core, 11 KV, as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard dence soil/road cutting/PCC etc not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un- reinforced precast conctere cable cover,class HVP, type 1 with flat size of 300 X 180 X 40 mm.

M & L for dry screened crushed stone cushioning 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable and further hand punned to form a uniform all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point in rocks.

S& F of HDPE type pipe, PN-10, 150 mm dia for laying in ground, road crossing etc for cable protection including necessary fittings for wall and ducting with required clamps and supports, etc all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Required Clamps and supports (PCC ) shall be fixed on wall with distance 1.00 RM as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F cable route indicator made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron, 150mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with the letter 'HT CABLE' suitable inscribed on CI circular plate plate 8mm thick, 100mm dia complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish off the premises.

Dismantling of brick work /stone bouldersbuilt in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work in CM (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks strainght or or curved as curved as required on plan exc 6mtrs mean radius etc.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D -2 1:4:8 (40 MM greade aggregate 100 mm thick laid in sub base for floor complete all as specified .

M&L for Durastone Heavy Duty vitrified tiles (300x 300) x 10-12 mm thick in floor set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 20 mm in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L for trench for road crossing maximum upto 20 RM including drain of both side, road depth upto 1.5 mtr and 0.6 mtr width, including making good of road surface and finishing with mastic asphalt 40mm thick and necessary PCC work of drain/ footpath as per BMC specification complete suitable for laying of pipe of size 150mm 2run all as specified and directed. Note-: (i) The contractor shall liaise with BMC (road), Adani electricity, BMC (water) for necessary survey and permission for execution of road cutting work.Cost whatever involve shall be borned by the contractor and rate shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. (ii) The excavation shall be suitable to place the HDPE pipe duly joined for complete length of raod/ drain crossing and contractor shall arrange all necessary material, manpower to coordinate in execution of item herein before with road crossing/ cutting work.
