Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 3-4 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note:Voltage stabilizer to be deposited after taking down to MES Store.)

Taking down Stabilizer from any height and bringing down to floor, dismantling the stabiliser and overhauling by means of replacing defective isolation transformer,Relay and pcb cleaning externally, re-assembliing the Stabiliser and checking, refixing in its position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix capacitor 2.5 mfd suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted fan 400mm sweep, 220 Volts, 50 Hz including fixing arrangements and making of hole and make good to the distrubed surface,air delivery 105 CMM, complete all as specified and directed..(Note: Old wall mounted fan to be deposited after taking down to MES Store.)

Taking down wall mounted fan 300/380/450 sweep from any height and bringing down to floor, dismantling the wall mounted fan and overhauling by means of replacing defective ball bearing, bushes, split pins, grease, packing, winding and cleaning externally, re-assembliing the wall mounted fan and checking, refixing in its position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Air circulator fan 600/750 mm sweep from any height and bringing down to floor, dismantling the Air circulator fan and overhauling by means of replacing defective ball bearing, bushes, split pins, grease, packing, winding and cleaning externally, re-assembliing the Air circulator fan and checking, refixing in its position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Old Single phase Energy meters and fixing Single phase Energy meetrs in its position all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:Old Single phase Energy meters deposit to MES store

All as per item no 149 but three phase meter
