REPAIR/MAINT OF VCB/RMU AND CONNECTED WORKS EAST OF MG ROAD UNDER GE E/M LUCKNOW

Periodical servicing to 11KV HT RMU (3/4/5/6 ways) any type complete including the following:- (a) Disconnecting the 11 KV line from RMU. (c) Opening the VCB/RMU and replacmenet the unserviceable part as required at site. (b) Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward or clock wise and anty clock wise movement of breaker. (d) Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact, busbar,cable boots with the CTC solution and greasing/oiling the parts where requied or as directed by manufacturer. (e) Tighting the all loos parts and testing complete as directed by EIC. (f) Setting the relay as directed by EIC. (g) Closed the all hole of VCB with ms jali and POP as directed by EIC (h) Repair the door/lock incl welding and painting and replacement of lock/handle

Note- (i) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid seperatly as a supply only. (ii) Other part which is not included but requierd for functioning of equipment is included in the quoated rate. (iii) Remove the moisture from VCB/RMU by heating/CTC solution every three months. (iv) If any defect occurred at any place of Lucknow cantt area, the contractor will provide machnic with in one hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanie and material with schedule time, the amount will be deduct 1000/hrs after receiving phone/massage/ whatsapp /email etc complete as specified and directed. (v) The above job to be carried out by engineer of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OBC.(vi) Closed the all hole of VCB with ms jali and POP as directed by EIC (vii) The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays (viii) Painting with the approved coloure after preperationg of old surface as directed.

Supply,fixing,commissioning and testing VCB assembly(trolley) (HVX upto 800 A SCTC 25/26.3 ka spring charging motor 230 volts AC coil voltage 24 DC with out PT on trolley single trip etc complete as specified and directed incl taking down old one

Prediodical serving CSS of 11 KV rating, disconnecting the HT cables of any size and servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing of all moving parts,gas charging, tighting of all joints nut,bolt,washer, removing the moisture by jel/heating system of HT & LT side, Dehydration &centrifuging tranformer oil and repair and replacement of defective components as per existing make/model/capacity of CSS & unserviceable wiring and reassembling the CSS incl connecting the all electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays (ii) The rates quoted by the contactor shall include cost of any other spare parts not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system.(iii) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/services centre of concerned OBC (iv) No extra payments will be made to the contractor for the same.(v) Unit rates quoted by tenderers shall deem to include for, bolts, washers, lugs, thimble, wires and petty items required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without any extra cost to the Govt.
