| 1 | Supply and installation of face recognition-based attendance terminals for approximately 2,000 Corporation staff at locations identified by Avadi City Municipal Corporation, The system shall provide:Face recognition-based employee identification.Employee registration/enrolment.Attendance IN and OUT,Date and time stamping,Location-wise attendance,Employee-wise attendance history,Late attendance report,Early departure report,Absence report,Shift-wise attendance,Department/section-wise reports,Monthly attendance statement,Export of reports in Excel/PDF/CSV or equivalent formats, Administrative dashboard, Role-based user access, Real-time synchronization with central server/cloud platform, Offline attendance storage during temporary network failure and automatic synchronization after restoration and also a separate driver attendance module shall be implemented for drivers associated with the Corporation's municipal vehicles, The system shall provide:Face recognition-based driver identification, Driver attendance IN/OUT, Driver-to-vehicle assignment, Vehicle-to-driver mapping, Date/time/location stamping, Duty commencement and completion, Driver attendance history, Unauthorized driver alert, Vehicle movement linked with assigned driver wherever technically feasible, Daily and monthly driver duty reports, The software shall provide an integrated solution consisting of:Employee → Face Attendance Terminal → Communication Network → Central Server/Cloud → Attendance Dashboard → Reports/MIS and Driver → Driver Attendance → Vehicle ID → GPS Device → Fuel Sensor → Central Platform → Vehicle Dashboard and Water Lorry → Water Let-Out Flow Sensor/Meter → GPS Location → Central Platform → Water Distribution Dashboard, All three modules shall preferably operate through a common centralized web-based management platform with appropriate access controls. All supplied Software shall have a minimum 12-month comprehensive warranty from the date of successful commissioning and acceptance, unless a higher warranty period, During the warranty period, the bidder shall repair or replace defective equipment at no additional cost to the Corporation, subject to the tender conditions, The bidder shall ensure availability of technical support throughout the warranty period. | 2 | Supply and Installation of FUEL MONITORING SYSTEM for 43 VEHICLESThe fuel sensor shall be appropriate for the respective vehicle tank. The bidder shall provide fuel level measurement, fuel level calibration, fuel filling event identification, sudden fuel drop detection, fuel consumption calculation, vehicle-wise fuel reports, fuel efficiency reports, GPS-linked fuel events, date/time-linked fuel events, abnormal fuel consumption alerts, and sensor tampering/disconnection alerts. | 3 | Supply and Installation of WATER LET-OUT MONITORING SYSTEM for 8 WATER LORRIES The water discharge monitoring equipment shall be capable of recording the quantity of water discharged by each water lorry. The system shall preferably provide digital flow measurement, cumulative quantity measurement, individual discharge event measurement, start and stop time, vehicle identification, GPS location, daily quantity, monthly quantity, historical records, dashboard display, downloadable reports, abnormal discharge alerts, and sensor tampering alerts. The bidder shall demonstrate the measurement system using an actual water lorry before final acceptance. Specification
