ROAD Demolition of road and road materials of any description and in any thickness and depth using mechanical means of operation including and taking out disintegrated sub grade and solling of broken boulders and stone size of any thickeness and any size and removing and depositing the same from the site exceeding 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5 Km from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in Excavation by mechanical means (Hydralic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in any kind of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc 8 tonne and not exe 12 tonne roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified in Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient with finished surface tolerances and camber as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Laying and compacting 250mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading in three layers (100mm+75mm+75mm) as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber. The finished surface tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

Scrapping and complete removal of existing damaged WMM of any description in layers not exceeding 25mm thick and removing and depositing the same from the site exceeding 1.5 Km metre and not exceeding 5 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber. The finished surface tolerance to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all specified and directed.

Preparing Unsurfaced water Wet Mix macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and as directed.
