S&F for powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing wooden flooring of size 32'x21' (Sqft) for Squash court conforming to the requirement of MFMA (Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association), including sound board of 16" height from the floor with sidewall marking in tappered shape from 15' to 7', having performance standard DIN 18032, Part 2 also conforming to the standards specified by WSF (Word Squash Federation). Using MFMA grade marked maple wood planks finished with 21mm thick, 57 to 83 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edge of the board will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side air pass groove and treated with special anti-termite treatment and water-resistant lacquer including anti termite treatment for existing floor including the following: - (a) The bottom of wooden floor shall be drum machine sanded and provided with air pass groove & top shall be finished with lacquer finish using water based imported bona Tec, Non-skid polyurethane of approved make. (b) The floor shall be placed on wooden frame work of approved quality wood (Fir/spruce/pine) runners of size 70mm x 45 mm placed at 300mm c/c (at perpendicular length to the top floor) applied with anti-termite solution. The runners shall be provided with 18mm thick cushioning pads (conforming to the industry standards) at 300mm c/c duly stappled to the runners, The runners shall be placed on a vapour barrier of 600 Microns thickness on existing levelled PCC floor. (c) After installation, the floor shall be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with imported non skid polyurethane lacquer. Before plying the finish coat, the game lines shall be marked in specified colours using polyurethane enamel paints and to the WSF standards. Note: The rate quoted shall include for carrying out post construction anti termite treatment all around the edges of wall both internally & externally, to ensure that sports flooring is immune to termite attack. The work of this item shall be carried out as per the direction & drgs provided by the Engr-in-Charge as per the requirment of user.

E&M PORTION:- Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium unserviceable/ perished point wiring (light, fan, socket or power complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators, sockets, light fittings,removing material from site for taking credit etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, complete all as specifiecd and directed.

M&L for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly running in and including PVC casing & caping (ISI marked) of suitable size with PVC boards of appropriate sizes and all requisite accessories such as PVC elbow, Tee, collars, bends etc. with PVC terminals box & cover for mounting swtches, sockets, fan regulator etc for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-
