M& L for Inserting the core assembly after baking in the tank (before inserting tank to be cleaned by removing all deposit sludge etc including drying) and making connection with HT/LT bushing studs and closing the tank top cover by fixing of suitable size of nut, bolts and washers for transformer of capacity 100 to 750 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. (Top cover gasket will be measured and paid separately). Note:- (i) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 15 days duration. If the contractor has fails to repair the transformer with in 15 days contractor has to provide another same capacity of transformer without extra cost. (ii) In case the defective / unserviceable transformer not repaired & installed on site with in specified period of 15 days from the date of handing over to contractor, a penal recovery @ 5000/- per day will be charged from his dues.
Supply and fixing in renewal of porcelain transformer bushing on LT 1.1 KV side including brass stems conical bush and gasket for indoor / outdoor transformer of the following capacity :-
Capacity of 100 KVA to 315 KVA.
Capacity of 400 KVA to 750 KVA.
Supply and fixing in renewal of porcelain transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass set stems conical bush and gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Capacity of 63 KVA to 315 KVA.

S&F in renewal of breather assembly by replacing old breather assembly with new one including fixing in proper manner for indoor/outdoor transformer of the following capacity :-

S&F in renewal of breather assembly 5 Kg of 33/11 KV step-down transformer by replacing old breather assembly with new one including fixing in proper manner for outdoor transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

ON load centrifuging and dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine electric operated without any shutdown of transformer including testing oil sample before and after dehydration and dehydration and filtration oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Dielectric strength of oil after dehydration shall be more than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap on load. (ii) Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Contractor have to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit from his own resources without any extra cost. (iv) The work will be carried at different locations in cant area. Necessary transport arrangement for shifting machine from one place to another to be arranged by contractor and cost of same to be included in unit rate.
M&L for spray painting of transformers located at various locations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint first quality of approved colour/shade after preparation of old painted surface to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge incl writing SM and MES Nos for the capacity of transformer from 100 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The work will be carried at different locations in cantt area. Necessary transport arrangement for shifting machine from one place to another to be arranged by contractor and cost of same to be included in unit rate complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per srl item No 32 above but for the capacity of transformer 250 to 750 KVA capacity
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of lightening arrester SMX type complete with all fittings transmission class, 36 KV 10 KA 50 Hz suitable for system voltage 33/36 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Oblum/ ELPRO/ Pactil/ AREVA/ Crompton Greaves/Jaipuria.

M & L for disconnecting & taking out old/defective Current Transformer from 11 KV VCB panel, indoor, resin cast epoxy type of 18.4 KA/Sec having ratio 100/5+5 Amps or 60/5+5A or 30/5+5A suitable for metering and protection equipment installed on control panels including connection with control cables as per site requirement upto control panels terminals block and fixing on bus bar section having class of accuracy 5P 10 burden 15 VA complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for disconnecting & taking out old/defective PT from 11 KV VCB panel, S & F installation & testing of PT, indoor, comprising of three limbs single phase resin cast PTs of 11KV/110 Voltage ratio, 50 Hz type 200VA class-I accuracy suitable for protection & metering incl making suitable arrangement for fixing in existing VCB panel and connection complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & fix in replacement digital four pole non directional microprocessor based 3 over current + 1 Earth fault with instantaneous trip relay with high set, Aux. supply 20-110 volt DC and setting of time delay, overload and earth fault model MC 61C of complete with all connection and testing on load including fabrication works to HT panel for fixing of new relay and wiring connection complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for disconnecting power supply from HT VCB /HT panels of capacity 11 KV for repair works, taking out trolley unit & complete servicing of the VCB through decarburizing, cleaning the male / female isolating contacts, lubricating moving part, cleaning with CRC removing dust particles from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism, tightening all nuts and bolts of entire trolley, checking proper operation of trolley, inserting trolley inside and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for servicing, calibration of all type control relays such as digital earth fault/over current relay , IDMT relay, master trip relay other Aux relays, etc fixed on 11 KV VCB/OCB/RMU for over current and earth fault settings with all respects and making all tripping setting, time delay setting, for smooth functioning of all controls of HT panel including servicing of CTs, PTs, testing with primary injection test kit for load settings and timings of relays, setting tripping and closing of VCB/RMU/ SF-6 breakers complete all as specified and as directed. (Cost also includes for providing transportation of fault locating machine at different sites as per requirement).
Disconnection of faulty LT 1100 volt cable of any size from both ends, testing of cables with HT/LT megger or high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cable by arranging fault locating Machine (FLC) to pin point at the exact position of fault including the cost for transporting machine at various locations with T&P, manpower and standby power supply for testing of cable complete all as specified and as directed.( Cost also includes for providing transportation of fault locating machine at different sites as per requirement). Note for item No 54,55:- The contractor will be intimated on phone followed in writing for faults in HT/LT UG cables. Contractor has to attend site and arrange to bring FLC machine on site within 48 hrs to locate the fault. If the contractor failing to bring the FLC machine for location of faults a penalty of Rs 3000- per cable per day will be charged from his dues.
Supply and filling Transformer oil confirming to IS-335 (as in toping up or replacement) of 50 KV breaking capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The work will be carried at different locations in cant area. Necessary transport arrangement for shifting machine from one place to another to be arranged by contractor and cost of same to be included in unit rate. Contractor will bring new oil in sealed container and cot of same will included in unit rate complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core as per IS 7092 Pt-I complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per item No 56 here in above but of size 25 sqmm 4 core.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out hard & densile soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning fitting in any type of soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for laying of fine, clean sand (river sand) free from sharp materials and stone particals in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under cable and 15 cm thick over the cable including gently punning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The total thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm after punning.
