Maintaining of water supply by operation, Watch & Ward of all E&M equipment’s installed at Majra Nala On line Booster as per prevalent schedule supply time on daily basis as per direction of engineer in charge by operation of Moves, pump-sets. Valves and all electrical and mechanical equipment, electric control-panels, valves etc., maintaining of log-sheets, general cleaning, monitoring of flowmeter reading hourly via. Mobile/wats up message and photos, Opening of valves etc. The job includes minor maintenance i/e replacement of packing, kit Kat, tube/bulbs, switch/socket, fuse links, log books, asbestos graphite packing. Maintaining cleanliness, etc. valve repairing vent cover, minor electrical job works i/e periodic tightening of connections in panel ci board, cleaning of carbon deposits in panel/motor connection plate, phase sequence correction etc. Note: Spares / Material required for replacement in minor maintenance will be provided by the department. Total no. of staff deployed: 6 Nos. (Un-Skilled worker: 4 Nos. per day). (Semi-Skilled worker: 2 Nos. per day) Deployment of one number Unskilled labour per shift for operation/maintenance/watch and ward of E&M Installation at U Block Mangolpuri BPS in AC-10.
