Resurfacing of roads in Tiral and other internal roads in V.P. Usagao in Valpoi Constituency.

Removal of pot holes and depression by laying granitic or basaltic stone of 40mm/20mm/10mm/6mm nominal size in layer as per requirement including 80/100(or such bitumen material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge) at 68 kg/cu.m.(Average) on existing road surface including rolling etc. complete as per specification including cost of bitumen.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of 80/100 or bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specifications clause 503.

Bitumen 80/100 @ 0.20 kg/sq.m

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 40-60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder to the specified percentage of total mix , transported to site, with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smoth wheeled roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction, using antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 504

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 40-60 TPH Drum Mix type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder to mix with filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, with all leads laying with a hydrostatic/hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, using anti stripping agent rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORT&H Specifications Clause 509

Grade-I (19mm nominal size)@ 6.0% Bitumen of grade 60/70

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973) (The Road Marker shall be procured through GHRSSIDC enlisted vendors and payment shall be released on submission of invoice)

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures of culverts, abutments piers, retaining walls etc. as per drawing and technical specification, in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt sand, clay, gravel, murrum of all varieties shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock etc soft rock, ordinary rock or disintegrated rock fissured shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock all such material as described under appendix to those specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling and wedging etc in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul condition etc including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil/rock to be leveled and neatly dressed,

pumping and bailing out of water, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work, barricading, danger lightening, guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge all complete including all leads and lifts and up to depth of excavation as per MoRT & H Specification 304.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering, ramming & consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundation complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 40 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:
