Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(15 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Supplying of electricallly operated horizontal split casing pump and motor(JYOTHI/KIRLOSKAR/BEACON) make AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, squirrel cage motor.The pump shall have bronze impeller, high grade steel shaft, flexible coupling set, including the cost of common, M.S. Base plate, foundation bolts,etc. complete with suitable suction and delivery sizes. (15 HP centrifugal motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of 7.5KVAR power capacitor (CG/L&T/Siemens make) for 15 HP motor complete.

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 10A to 23A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 15HP to 17.5 HP pumpsets.

Supplying,fixing and lowering into the borewell high tensile threaded PVC column pipes which are to be connected to the submersible pump,including labour charges, jointing materials etc., complete.-75/80 mm dia.

Supply and fixing of 80/100mm dia. M.S. erection clamps of size 80mmx12mm with bolts, nuts, washer etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x6 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-12.5HP to 20HP pumpset.

Supplying of 3.5/ 4x25 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.-upto 25HP pumpset.

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc., complete - 3.5/4 x 25 sqmm cable.

Supplying and fixing of C.I. adopter which is to be connected to submersible pump delivery pipe.-75/80 mm dia.

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia. PVC pipe (Class 3 - PN 0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 4985 : 2000 for inserting submersible cable from borewell to starter.

Supplying and laying of 16mm dia nylon rope for holding of moto.

Erection, testing and commissioning of the centrifugal motor pumpset with pipe fittings, etc.complete.- 15 HP to 25 HP motor.

Erection, testing and commissioning of motor and pumpset complete. The rate includes obtaining electricity service connection from Electricity Department also.
