Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for Rainforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Walls (Any thickness) attached pillasters, pillasters, buttresses, beam girder and contilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing of mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work I/C bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing MS Sheet Man hole cover with locking arrangement including lock, nuts & bolts & other fittings complete with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying, butt welding and testing of ISI marked steel tubes plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends according to relevant BIS standards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pices and bends as per site requirement and made from parent tubes ( to be measurer and paid alongwith pipes. Bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 111/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The damaged portion of galvanization due welding shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by providing two coats of bituminous paint over priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. (Earth work to be measure & paid for separately).(40mm dia)

Providing/Fixing double flanged cast steel reflux valve of Leader/ BHEL/ Kirlosker/ Kilburn/ Kartar valve/ Fouress make and of 50mm dia for the Delivery side of pump and capable of withsdanding the normal sheet pressure as per IS: 5312-1984 P-1 with up to date ammendements class ASA 300 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (40 mm dia)

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1ccement :6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing andf laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D Specification.

Boulder filling behind R/wall & B/wall within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying , jointing and testing in trenches Galvanised Mild Steel tube of the following dia metres including smooth bending by necessary bends, or through pipe bending machine with necessary all pipe fittings such as Tees, Elbows, Union & Reducers etc. of ISI marked & testing for leakage complete with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer - in - charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)
